Bryan Baeumler and Scott McGillivray star in new HGTV series

From a media release:

Big news has been building at HGTV Canada and we’re ready for the big reveal! The network has commissioned two brand-new Canadian original series from two of its most celebrated hosts, Bryan Baeumler (HGTV Canada’s #1 series House of Bryan*, Leave It to Bryan) and Scott McGillivray (Income Property) that give viewers an insider’s look into the personal and professional lives of two of their favourite celebrity contractors. Production is underway on Bryan Inc. (WT) and Moving the McGillivrays (WT) with both series slated to premiere on HGTV Canada in Fall 2016.

In the exciting new, 13×60 series Bryan Inc., Bryan and Sarah Baeumler are letting viewers in on their journey to buy, renovate and sell homes for profit. The dynamic husband and wife duo transform into builder and project manager while trying to balance a busy home life with their four active kids “Q” (10), Charlotte (8), Lincoln (3) and Jojo (2). Working together is bound to impact their relationships as Sarah and Bryan’s competing tastes and differing visions cause many hiccups, but their humour and signature banter see them through every struggle.

It’s moving time! In the new 10×60 series Moving the McGillivrays, Scott and his wife Sabrina plan and build a dream home for their young family. In every episode of Moving the McGillivrays, viewers get a glimpse into Scott and Sabrina’s busy family life, see how they balance working full-time, taking care of their two daughters, while being part of every decision and build detail on their new dream home. But the McGillivrays haven’t lost sight of the fact that there are families who need help on the home front. So he helps build a home for a hard-working, family in need, all while making sure his new house is completed on time and on budget. There will be laughter and a few tears when both homes are move-in ready and two families’ dreams come true.

Before Scott sets in for the hard work of building two dream homes, it’s time for a vacation and he’s taking fans with him. Income Property: On Vacation (WT) is a spin-off of the hit franchise, now with a deep dive into the hot rental market of vacation properties. Scott guides holiday homeowners through the process of building a vacation suite and banking the rental cheques – while taking advantage of all that the sun, surf, and sand has to offer. Income Property: On Vacation is set to premiere in 2016.

Bryan Inc. is produced by Si Entertainment, Moving the McGillivrays by McGillivray Entertainment, and Income Property: On Vacation by SKIT Media Inc., each in association with Shaw Media.
